Laurie is the leader of Good Day Farm’s Retail division and is accountable for all marketing, brand, and new product initiatives across the enterprise. She has been immersed in the cannabis industry since 2019, when she served as Chief Brand and Marketing Officer for Skymint Brands, Michigan’s leading vertically integrated cannabis company and the state’s largest medical and recreational license holder. There, Laurie led the development and launch of a diverse portfolio of cannabis brands, and was responsible for spearheading the Company’s brand ethos, social equity mission, product portfolio, marketing strategy and omni-channel sales.

Laurie brings to the cannabis industry over 20 years of experience in brand building, retail leadership, product development, merchandising and marketing for some of the world’s most ubiquitous masstige consumer packaged goods companies. Prior to cannabis, Laurie served as the Executive Vice President of Merchandising for creative beauty agency Sunrise Beauty, where she led strategic partnerships for diverse clients including Abercrombie & Fitch, Ulta, Sephora, Walmart which resulted in over $500 Million in annual retail sales. Laurie was also a founding executive of Bath & Body Works, where she originated the branding, product portfolio and customer experience that resulted in the growth of 1,600 stores and $2 billion in annual retail sales. Passionate about identifying and capitalizing on wellness and lifestyle white space opportunities where unique brand development meets scale, Laurie finds the magic between creativity and commerce. At Good Day Farm her reach is extensive— she is instrumental in product and brand innovation, driving awareness, acquiring and retaining customers through an omni-channel approach-- and she does this while also leading the rapid multi-state retail dispensary expansion throughout the South by being boots on the ground. Laurie is a leader of teams and people, which is invaluable when scaling large scale teams.
