Andrew Salini
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer at Good Day Farm, Andy is responsible for the company’s revenue strategy, financial modeling, planning, data, and analytics, but his reach and influence in the organization is even broader. Andy has been pivotal in recruiting and team building since the startup phase, spanning all departments of the company and remains deeply involved in the new product innovation process, bringing a quantitative approach to decision making that facilitates execution of the company’s financial goals. He is also intimately involved in the company’s genetics strategy in the cultivation department, which is core to the company’s financial performance and brand authenticity.
Earlier in his career, Andy worked in risk-taking capital markets roles at the New York offices of Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and EMF Financial Products (a hedge fund), before leaving to join a Colorado cannabis startup that opened two of the first recreational dispensaries in United States history in 2014. His cannabis companies have won numerous awards in all aspects of the cannabis vertical—cultivation, manufactured products and retail—in the hyper competitive Colorado market. Those accolades include High Times Cannabis Cup (2018), Best of Vail and Best of Summit County (ski country) dispensaries for nearly a decade running, and local awards in Denver Westword as the best cannabis cultivator in Denver (2018, 2019). As a seasoned finance professional and deeply experienced cannabis entrepreneur, Andy offers a unique perspective that combines his extensive industry knowledge with strong financial acumen, making him a cross-functional leader in the organization. Andy has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University, where he also minored in Finance and French. He was a four-year letterman on Princeton’s baseball team, winning three Ivy League Championship titles. He still holds the all-time career hits record at Princeton, dating back to 1864.
